END USER AGREEMENT

ANY AND ALL USE OF THIS SOFTWARE BY YOURSELF OR ANY OTHER PERSON USING THIS SOFTWARE (End User) ACKNOWLEDGES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT WHETHER OR NOT YOU PHYSICALLY CLICKED "AGREE".
THE "GRL RealHidden" PACKAGE SHALL BE KNOWN AS "RealHidden" AND GRL TECHNOLOGY AND GALEN LANDE AS "GRL" IN THIS LICENSE.

Terms of License:
1) This license shall stand as the one and only license governing RealHidden until either 1) this software and all parts are removed from your computer or 2) a newer license is created by GRL. The end user will not be notified of such an update.
2) This license grants the end user to use this software on one network. This software may be used on a maximum of two networks so long as the software is not used simultaneously.
3) This software must not be decompiled, edited, redistributed, etc., with out the express written permission of GRL.
4) GRL does in no way guarantee this software to free from any or all defects and GRL does in no way warrant this software. GRL is not responsibility for any problems this software creates on your computer or related systems.
5) GRL will not attempt to learn the identity of the end user nor shall GRL practice is spamming. GRL will never contact you by any means possible unless you contact GRL prior.
6) GRL is in no way financially obligated for any problems, etc., related to RealHidden. GRL implies and makes no warranties for RealHidden.
7) You may not make or distribute copies of the Software, or electronically transfer the Software from one computer to another or over a network. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-perceivable form. You may not rent, lease or sublicense the Software. You may not modify the Software or create derivative works based upon the Software.
8) GRL Technology will not provide support for this product.
9) Use of GRL RealHidden may be illegal in certain areas. You agree that you are not using GRL RealHidden in an area where such use would violate laws or any other legal agreement (AUP, etc.). You agree to hold GRL Technology free from all responsible for use of GRL RealHidden. GRL TECHNOLOGY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USE OF GRL REALHIDDEN.

THIS IS A CONTRACT. BY USING RealHidden YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. GRL MAY UPDATE THIS LICENSE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE END USER. PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY PRIOR TO USING RealHidden. THIS LICENSE GIVES YOU THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE THIS SOFTWARE. IF, FOR ANY REASON, THIS LICENSE IS BREACHED, INTENTIONALLY OR NOT, YOUR RIGHT TO USE THIS SOFTWARE IS AUTOMATICALLY REVOKED. BY UNINSTALLING THIS PRODUCT YOU AUTOMATICALLY LOOSE ALL RIGHTS CREATED BY THIS LICENSE.
